A first-division football club in Kolkata is coming up with a modern infrastructure that can be movable!

Sreebhumi Football Club has given East Bengal six women footballers on loan for the later's engagement in IWL

Sreebhumi Football Club is a first-division football team which takes part in Kolkata's first-division football league for the last four years. But at the same time, the club's women's football team showed an enterprising show in the Kolkata Women's football league, placing them within the top five consistently in the last couple of years. Even, East Bengal women's team before their forthcoming engagement in the IWL has roped in six women footballers from Sreebhumi Football Club on.

In a bid to fulfill their desire of taking the men's team to the Kolkata Premier division and to make the women's team stronger, Sreebhumi Football Club is coming up with an exceptional approach this season. It has taken up a full-sized ground at Salt Lake for five years on a lease from the state government. The ground at HB Bock has been completely dug to make the ground soft so that footballers can avoid muscle cramps often during the season. The new type of soil which helps to do gardening has been installed. The club officials sowed seeds and finally, the use of rowing machines is helping the ground to gain unique quality.

But the most significant part is the making of infrastructure. Rakesh Jha, the club secretary while commenting on the issue, revealed, "We are going to introduce dressing rooms for two participating teams, a changing room for the referees, a canteen, a small gallery as well as a hostel for the team's girl footballers and the men footballers who are coming from remote places and this infrastructure is being made of the materials which can be movable."

Jha added, "We are not cutting the trees around the ground. That is why, the gallery will be small where 50 to 60 spectators can sit and watch the game. We aim to build up the infrastructure in an eco-friendly manner. That is the reason our hostel, canteen, and dressing rooms will be constructed with such eco-friendly materials. If it is needed then all these constructions can be turned off and reconstructed in another place."

However, the club is planning to recruit around 30 footballers for its men's footballers this season.
