A rare opportunity for Alcaraz ahead of US Open

Alcaraz, the winner of the last two Grand Slams, has the prospect of being the second to win the three slams in the same year French—Wimbledon—U.S. after Nadal.

A new trend for ATP, with previous champions and a lot of other talented players, the last and final Grand Slam and it's all set to welcome with the US Open. It is set to happen in the Flushing Meadows, New York. This is the final Grand Slam championship of the year. 

The US Open 2024 is scheduled to happen Monday, in New York. Let's take a quick look at the future champion prospects and predictions - 

Alcaraz, the winner of the last two Grand Slams, has the prospect of being the second to win the three slams in the same year French—Wimbledon—U.S. after Nadal. Hubert Hurkacz might be his biggest threat in quarters. His first draw would be against Alex de Minaur.

Sinner, one of the toughest matches against the Big Three, Alcaraz and Djokovic. Sinner will start his game against American Mackenzie McDonald. After the opening week, he will be up against Daniil Medvedev, the 2022 champion. Medvedev lost against Sinner in the Australian Open title.  

Djokovic, even when he didn't win any ATP title this year, still has the memorable gold medal from the Paris Olympics 2024. The gold winner might be up against Serb Laslo Djere, who beat him in five sets last year. And in the third phase, Alexei Popyrin would be his opponent.
