Abhishek Sharma creates history with a fastest century among Indians in T-20 format

His century came from just 47 balls including seven fours and eight sixes.

Abhishek Sharma smashed a brilliant Century on his debut in T-20 series against Zimbabwe at Harare. He got out for a duck on his first match against the same opponent but returned like a boss in second match. He was in a devastating mode against Sikandar Raza’s side. His century came from just 47 balls including seven fours and eight sixes. 

Shubman gill won the toss and opted to bat first. But the captain did not perform as expected. He left the field with just 10 runs. Young Abhishek Sharma stitched a partnership with Ruturaj Gaikwad. As the time progressed he changed his gear and looked irresistible against Zimbabwe bowling lineup. Abhishek Sharma smashed 28 runs against Myers in a single over. 

Abhishek got his first international half century from just 33 balls. Then he did not take much time to reach on the milestone. He made his next 50 runs from just 13 balls. Surya Kumar Ydav showered his praise to this young cricketer through “X’ handle and called him ‘game changer’. Not only Surya Kumar, all Indian fans were celebrating his performance on social media. Before this tournament Abhishek Sharma told that he wants to hit sixes like Rohit Sharma. This young boy scored his first run in international cricket with a huge six like Rohit Sharma. It remains to be seen if he can maintain this consistency for India team.
