East Bengal’s reserve-team coach Bino George has urged for more investment in the reserve team of East Bengal. In an interaction on social media, George has requested the top brass of all the clubs that are running youth development projects saying, "The clubs including East Bengal should invest more in the youth development teams. The maximum of the total investment, made by a club goes to the senior teams. The footballers of the senior team obtain huge amounts of money. But youth teams are the pillars of these clubs. Footballers of the future will come from youth teams. So, the club must invest more in them to promote properly."
