In an unprecedented example of running administration, the CAB secretary Naresh Ojha has issued a circular for its Apex Council members, informing them they will receive their tickets for the T-20 International match on the day the match is scheduled to be staged at the Eden Gardens! The report has been published by Inside Sports

The match is scheduled to be staged at the Eden Gardens on 22nd January.

The CAB apex council members have naturally been shocked to have received the circular. 

Even according to the report, one of the council members revealed on condition of anonymity while speaking to Inside Sports, “How can a secretary of such a prestigious organization show such a lackluster attitude? Has he done it intentionally? Or it was his utmost carelessness?”
