Churchill Brothers earn crucial three points in away match

Churchill Brothers gathered 4 points from their second match while Real Kashmir is struck at 6 points after their third match. `

Churchill Brothers gained a full three points from their away match of the ongoing I-League. The Goan outfit defeated Real Kashmir 3-1 at TRC Polo Synthetic Turf ground in Srinagar on Wednesday. 

Carlos Lamba’s suicidal goal in the 25th minute gave Churchill Brothers the lead and then Richardo Nicholas doubled the lead in the 60th minute before increasing the score-line within a minute. However, Real Kashmir, trying to bring life into the match through Ateeb Ahmed and Krizo's strikes in the 70th and 71st minute, had to bow out with the defeat. Subhashish Roy Chowdhury was sent off in the dying minutes.
