Ranjit Bajaj Claimed that the Indian defender’s loan deal had terminated due to a new FIFA rule

A controversy came up on Anwar Ali playing with Mohun Bagan for upcoming season. Ranjit Bajaj Claimed that the Indian defender’s loan deal had terminated due to a new FIFA rule. As per Bajaj the new rule on a loan agreement exceeding one year will not be allow.

He wrote on ‘x’ handle, “Anwar Ali’s loan agreement with MB was terminated due to new FIFA RSTP regulations which deem any loan longer than 1 year as invalid. He will be reintegrated to Delhi FC and is looking forward to returning to ISL on permanent transfer. Two of the biggest clubs in the running”.

However MBSG denied this claim and they confirmed the participation of Anwar Ali with Green and Maroon jersey for upcoming season. Even MBSG posted a video to clear all the confusion about this matter.

MBSG wrote on ‘X’ handle, “Who wants to see more Durand Cup magic from Anwar”? This message from the Green and Maroon management stopped all the speculation about Anwar Ali.

Anwar ali’s experience and leadership quality made him a valuable asset for any team. On the previous season he displayed a solid performance for MBSG.
