Dheeraj Singh Played 53 matches for FC Goa

Mohunbagan Supergiants signed a one year deal with U-17 world cup player Dheeraj Singh. This young footballer will start prsctice from 29th july under Jose Molina. MBSG were looking for a goalkeeping option ahead of Durand Cup. Atlast they roped Dheeraj Singh from FC Goa and announced his name on Wednesday.

Dheeraj had a connection with this club. Earlier he played for ATK-Mohunbagan. But this will be his first stint with Green and Maroon jersey after they changed their name. Dheeraj singh showed his class on every stage. He attracted everyone’s attention in U-17 world cup. 

This young lad played for Indian Arrows, Kerala Blasters and FC Goa. He appeared 53 times for FC Goa in Isl. His experience will be valuable for MBSG new coach Jose Molina.

Reportedly Jose Molina will be arrive in this week and begin the practice from 29th july. Dheeraj singh will reach Kolkata very soon to join MBSG squad. It has been learnt that Dheeraj can be MBSG’S backup goalkeeper.
