East Bengal humbled Police AC 6-0 in their fifth match of the ongoing CFL Premier Division at home on Friday. Jesin TK struck twice, Sayan Bannerjee, PV Vishnu, Shyamal Besra and Amon CK scored for the winners. East Bengal, after their fifth match are on the top of the League table with 13 points so far.

Carles Cuadrat, the team’s chief coach and the club’s new signing Jickson Singh were present in the match. Jickson was handed the team’s jersey by the coach Carles Cuadrat. 

Diamond Harbour FC also drubbed Measurers Club 7-0 in other CFL Premier Division match at Bidhannagar MSA on the day. Army red and Kalighat Milan Sangha split points playing out a 0-0 draw in other match.
