East Bengal pulled off a triumphant, long-awaited comeback, finally shrugging off their six-game losing streak in the ISL in spectacular fashion. As they clinched their first win against Bashundhara Kings (BKS) with a 4-0 thrill on Tuesday. Oscar Bruzon has finally reignited East Bengal FC, providing the much-needed boost and renewed hope they've been waiting for.

While fans were eagerly awaiting the action, the fate of the match was sealed in the first half. The thrill started as Dimitrios Diamantakos stunned BKS with his first goal in just 1 minute into the game. Followed by a screamer from Sauvik Chakrabarti in 20 minutes.

The third was not far behind, as Winger Nandhakumar wrote his name in the scoresheet, only six minutes after the second score. And the last goal came from EBFC’s defender Anwar Ali in 33 minutes.

EBFC seemed rather calm with their passes and possession over the ball. While BKS tried to make their comeback in the second half. They remained unsuccessful. Further boosting EBFC’s performance for the day.
