Emami East Bengal FC and Mohammedan Sporting played out a thrilling 2-2 draw on Friday in a highly entertaining encounter. Both teams, known for their rich footballing heritage, put on an impressive display of skill and determination. 

The defending champions took the early lead as Bamiya took the first net in the 21st minute. 

However, Jesin TK of East Bengal quickly equalised the goal in the 40th minute. 

Later on, the second half saw the Mohammedan Club’s other goal from Robinson, successfully putting the team in the lead position. But the jubilation halted as Jesin TK scored another net in the 70th minute. 

East Bengal FC continues to dominate the chart with 41 points while defending champions Mohammedan Sporting find themselves in 6th place with 23 points after today's third match in the Super Six stage. The CFL clash unfolded at the Naihati Bankimanjali Stadium, adding another exciting chapter to the CFL competition.
