Sreebhumi Football Club trounced Mohammedan Sporting by six goals at Krishnanagar Stadium, Nadia in the inaugural match of the first IFA-organized women's Shield football tournament on Thursday. Sajida Khatun, struck a hat-trick while Titli Sarkar scored double and Sujata Mahato netted the winners. In another match on the day, East Bengal drubbed Nadia District Association 8-0.
