England may miss Bellingham in crucial quarterfinal tie against Switzerland

After scoring that goal Bellingham kissed his right hand and moved it to his private parts.

British midfielder Jude Bellingham’s participation is in doubt against Switzerland in quarter final clash. UEFA starts an investigation against Bellingham’s gesture of goal scoring celebration. That cast a cloud on England camp before their clash against Switzerland. Jude Bellingham was the saviour of British side on their last match against Slovakia. His 95th minutes equalizer rescued England and keep them on contention for quarter finals. After scoring that goal Bellingham kissed his right hand and moved it to his private parts. He could be face a sanction by UEFA, as they have started their investigation. 

UEFA governing body says, “A UEFA Ethics and Disciplinary Inspectorate will conduct a disciplinary investigation into a possible breach of the basic rules of decent conduct by England player Jude Bellingham, alleged to have occurred in the context of this match”

However British star midfielder Jude Bellingham defend himself and wrote on his X handle, “ An inside joke gesture towards some close friends who were at the game. Nothing but respect for how that Slovakia team played tonight”.

UEFA’s rules are very clear on this matter. As per their rules any obscene gesture or insulting action must be punished with a red card.
