After Football Association (FA), FIFA has come forward to help the victims of the devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. The FIFA Foundation has allocated 1 million dollars to them.FIFA has issued a media release on Friday stating it had decided to donate the amount after having consulted with Turkish Football Federation (TFF) and the Syrian Football Association (SFA) as well as international and local non-governmental organizations. "FIFA will continue to cooperate with the TFF and the SFA, as well as monitor the situation while deciding on the next steps," the media release said.Last Friday, the FA announced a donation of 1 million pounds for the victims. Additionally, UEFA and the UEFA Foundation for Children have provided an initial 200,000 Euros to support humanitarian operations in Turkey and Syria.
