Gujrat reaches the top of the table; beats KKR by seven wickets.

KKR faced Gujrat Titans at Eden Gardens. The visiting team comfortably won by seven wickets with 13 balls to spare. Md, Shami of GT bagged three wickets.

Gujrat Titans beat KKR by seven wickets in their IPL match here at Eden Gardens. The match was delayed by rain. Invited to bat first young Afghanistan keeper-batter Rahmanullah Gurbaz slammed 81 off 39 balls. At last, Andre Russell came among runs, on his birthday, and he contribute 34 off 19 balls before he was caught in the last ball. Today was Russell’s 100th IPL match. KKR ended at 179/7. Among the GT bowlers, Md. Shami bowled tightly bagging three wickets while Noor and Little shared two wickets each. 
GT chased the target Shubman Gill (49) giving a good start although Saha was out cheaply. David Miller and Vijay Shankar contributed unbeaten knocks of 32 and 51. GT reached the target with 13 balls to spare losing three wickets. KKR bowlers could not put any thrust over the visiting team.
