Hyderabad wins in a thriller

The Umpire signaled 'No Ball' and Hyderabad got 'Free Hit'.

Sandeep Sharma bowled the last ball and Abdul Samad trying to hit it over the fence was caught at the long leg when Hyderabad needed five runs in one ball. When the Rajasthan team was celebrating the win umpire signaled for a "No Ball" giving SRH a 'Free Hit'. Samad in the last ball pulled an over boundary to register a win for the visiting team.

Earlier winning the toss Rajasthan skipper Sanju Samson decided to bat at the Swai Mansingh Stadium. As per records, the team that batted first in the Pink City won the match. Jaiswal and Buttler gave a fiery start for the home team. While Jaiswal completed his 1000 IPL runs Samson remained unbeaten on 66 with Buttler missing the ton by five runs. RR posted 214/2 in 20 overs.

Hyderabad started off well with Sharma (55) and Tripathi (47) contributing good runs. Anmolpreet Singh also registered 33 runs and Hyderabad made a dramatic win of four wickets on the last ball.
