This four-day workshop will commence on Friday at the Kolkata Airlines Club.

To elevate the standards of refereeing in the upcoming Kolkata Football League Premier Division, the Indian Football Association (IFA) is organizing a workshop. This four-day workshop will commence tomorrow at the Kolkata Airlines Club. The sessions will be led by former FIFA referee instructor, Japan's Isiyama Noboru.

A press conference was held on Thursday at the IFA office, where Noboru addressed the media alongside key IFA officials. The event was attended by IFA President Ajit Banerjee, Secretary Anirban Dutta, Treasurer Debasish Sarkar, Vice President Saurav Pal, Joint Secretary Sufal Ranjan Giri, and Rakesh Kumar Jha.

The workshop aims to provide comprehensive training to referees, ensuring they are well-prepared for the high-stakes matches of the Kolkata Football League. With Noboru’s expertise, the IFA hopes to enhance the referees' skills and uphold the integrity of the game, ensuring fair and high-quality officiating throughout the season.
