Moitree Sansad's coach, former India international Alpana Seal is impressed by Kajoli's potential.
Kajoli Tudu was the first girl footballer from Purulia district to have represented the School Bengal team in 2018-19. The girl from Bandowan was even felicitated by the district sports association for the achievement.
Still, her father Punchu Tudu and Subita Tudu often used to ask her to focus on studying, leaving football so that Kajoli could bring some money home.
Kajoli’s family comprising the parents and a brother were getting exhausted to fight against the everyday’s dire financial distress.
Kajoli's father is a farmer who does not have a job throughout the season. Kajoli's mother earns from cooking at others' houses. Kajoli, even after having returned from the School National football championship, was forced to work as a maidservant in others’ homes to earn money.

She went to school in the morning, played the role of a maidservant in the afternoon, and continued her practice in the evening, mostly with the local boys.
The 20-year-old midfielder, presently one of the promising midfielders in the ongoing Kanyasree Cup representing Moitree Sansad revealed, “I did not have even money to buy a pair of boots. We could not even afford a basic lunch and dinner (rice, dal, and vegetables) every day. So I had to earn money from working as a maid servant to buy boots, shorts, and jerseys and give some money to my father."
Kajoli sounded worried still even after having signed the club and getting money as she added, “After this women’s football league we will have no other tournament where we can earn some money. So how long this money will help me to live? I will again have to work as a maid servant in others' houses to continue earning.
Moitree Sansad's coach, former India international Alpana Seal is impressed by Kajoli's potential. She commented, "She can take workload, has good ball-sense, can send passes and importantly tenacity to learn and develop. If she can continue working hard she will be Bengal's one of the prominent midfielders in women's football in the future."

Kajoli however, defying all odds has not given up. But she desperately needs to earn a formidable amount of money so that she can ask her father to take a rest from going out every morning to farming.
That might be the reason Kajoli stated, "I will be happy to get a call-up in the senior Bengal team or even in the junior national preparatory camp. But I desire to sign an IWL team. I will be able to earn better playing the IWL."
