KL Rahul has withdrawn himself from the rest of the IPL and the WTC against Australia.
Indian wicketkeeper-batsman KL Rahul has ruled himself out from the rest of the ongoing IPL and the forthcoming World Test Championship against Australia to be played at the Oval.
Rahul injured his thigh while he was chasing towards the boundary in the match against RCB. He left the field and traveled to Mumbai for scans under the setup of BCCI.
A senior BCCI source told to PTI, “Rahul is with the team. After the CSK match, he will travel to Mumbai. His scans will be done at the BCCI-designated medical facility.” It is learned that BCCI will take care of Rahul and Jaydev’s case.
