Lack of communication compels East Bengal to send Bino George to the media conference

East Bengal have taken all of their six foreigners. They will meet Paro FC for the first time in a continental competition.

Due to a lack of communication between the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and the AFC Oscar Bruzon could not attend the media conference on Friday at Thimpu, on the day before East Bengal’s AFC Challenge League match against Paro FC at Changlimthang Stadium on 26th October on Saturday.

East Bengal had already sent the information to the AIFF about their newly-joined coach Oscar Bruzon. But It is learned that due to a lack of communication from the AIFF to the AFC, conveying the intimation about Oscar Bruzon’s joining the Red-and-Gold brigade, the Spanish coach could not attend the scheduled media conference on Friday. His assistant Bino George had to attend the conference.

However, Bruzon will be sitting on the bench on Saturday during the match and he will attend the post-match media conference also.
