LSG defeat RCB in last-ball thriller, make epic comeback

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by just one wicket in match number 15 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Monday.

A dramatic last-ball win for Lucknow Super Giants. Bengaluru set huge 213 runs against Lucknow Supergiants. But Nicholas Puran stormed the match towards Lucknow. But there was very much drama and excitement in the match. The last two overs produced dramatic moments one after the other. Otherwise, Lucknow would have won the match earlier. Then Harshal Patel came to bowl in the last over. He took two wickets in that over and turned the match again towards RCB. He also took his 100th wicket in the IPL by returning Mark Wood. 

Lucknow had one run left to win off the last ball. Harshal saw Ravi Bishnoi coming out of the spot while bowling and hit the ball on the wicket to get out. But the umpire did not give it out. Because the ball must be hit before the action. As Harshal went in with the ball, this out was not given. Lucknow won the match with the required run from the last ball.

Batting first, RCB scored 212 runs in 20 overs as a result of a whirlwind inning by Virat Kohli, skipper Phap du Plessis, and Glenn Maxwell. In response, Lucknow came down to bat with a target of 213 runs. He took the team close to victory by playing a 62-run inning from 19 balls. But there was still excitement left in the match. Then he returned to Ayush Badoni with 30 hits from 24 balls. Both teams kept the excitement in the match until the last ball. Lucknow Super Giants had the last laugh.
