Mohun Bahan Super Giants beats FC Goa 2-1 in the semi-final 132nd Durand Cup at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan (Salt Lake Stadium) on Thursday.

A goal from the spot-kick by Jason Cummings in the first half and second half goal by Armando Sadiku helped the Mariners set up the final against East Bengalt the same venue on 3rd September. East Bengal edged past their arch-rivals by a Nandkumar Sekar strike in the group league match of the same tournament on 12th August at the same venue.

Noah Sadaoui scored the opening goal of the match, beating Vishal Kaith on the far post with a hit from outside the box. But Juan Ferrando’s side made it all square soon, after its forward Ashique Kuriniyan was brought down in the box. Cummings converted the penalty with ease while Sadiku completed the comeback in the second half.
