Mohun Bagan Super Giants’ is seeking their first win in this ISL season against NorthEast United FC, on Monday.
Jose Molina, coach of Mohun Bagan Super Giant, appeared cautious regarding the team's tendency to concede points. While discussing his strategy and key areas for improvement ahead of the match against the Durand Cup champions, Molina stated -
"We have to play better and defend better to win matches. Of course, at this moment I'm upset. I'm working every day with my players to avoid conceding goals. We have to focus on that, keep working, stay positive, and hopefully, in the next matches, we will play better".
Meanwhile NorthEast United, already secured a win against Mohammedan Sporting. Now, they are confident for the second win, against MBSG after the Durand Cup Finals.
NorthEast United’s coach Juan Pedro Benali, waits for MBSG to assert dominance, in Monday's match. However, he promised to be much tougher competent than before.
Benali stated - “Mohun Bagan haven't had the best of results in the last few games. We are talking about a big club, a big team here. They will be eager to get over us and our job is to make it as much as difficult for them. The players are ready," Benali said.
