Mohun Bagan Super Giants (MBSG) rose to the top of the League table with a convincing 3-0 victory against Jamshedpur FC in the ISL at the Salt Lake Stadium on Saturday. 

Tom Aldred drew first blood for the winners in the 15th minute. Liston Colaco doubled the lead just before half-time, evading six opposition defenders from the edge of the box and calmly slotting it home to make it 2-0 for the hosts. 

Colaco's left-footed strike finds the bottom left corner, with an assist from Manvir Singh. In the 75th minute, Deepak Tangri’s lofted through ball finds Manvir’s well-timed run from the right wing. He takes a brilliant cautioned tough to beat the onrushing Gomes and then squares it to Maclaren, who calmly slot it home. 

MBSG after their eighth match on the day garnered 17 points to place them on the top of the League table.
