Alberto played an instrumental role in guiding Hyderabad FC to clinch the Indian Super League title.

Mohun Bagan Super Giants (MBSG) has appointed Former Sevilla FC Strength and Conditioning Coach Alberto Linan for the remainder of the Season.

It is believed that Linan is optimistic that the team's two key injured defenders Anwar Ali and Brendon Hamil will be able to regain match fitness soon and take part in MBSG's crucial away match against NorthEast United on 17th February.

Antonio Lopez Habas brought Linan for his previous experience and the winning mentality, and surely to address the injury crisis the team is facing.

Alberto Liñán has a great track record in this field and he is highly prolific for a conditioning coach who is only working in this field for the last five years.

It is learnt that Habas is also expecting the recovery of his two key injured defenders Anwar Ali and Brendon Hamil soon under the training of Alberto.

Alberto played an instrumental role in guiding Hyderabad FC to clinch the Indian Super League title. Then he was called up by the leading Spanish club Sevilla FC. Then he moved to UAE where he worked as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Al Wahda FC in the UAE Pro League, where the team finished 3rd in the League.

However, Hugo Boumous who has been doing full-fledged training has reportedly advised to become cautious about Hyderabad FC. He has reportedly commented, “Hyderabad FC is giving a tough fight with the talented Indian youngsters in the league. They played very well in the Super Cup. So there is no question of taking Hyderabad FC lightly.”
