Mohammedan Sporting drubbed Aryan 4-1 in their CFL Premier Division match at Naihati Stadium on Monday. 

Aryan took the lead through Pankaj Roy but the scoreline was equalized by Mahitosh Roy who scored with a spectacular curling shot. Israfil Dewan scored the hat-trick for the winner in the second half. With this triumph, Mohammedan Sporting Club has climbed to third place in the league standings, accumulating 18 points from their 10 matches.

Significantly, Mohammedan Sporting footballers also stood with the poster demanding ‘Justice for RG Kar’ after the match. 

In another match of the CFL Premier Division, Mamoni & Ashiayana Pathachakra split points with Army Red playing out a 1-1 draw at Kalyani Stadium. Uday Kumar Ghosh gave Pathachakra the lead. But Manu Prasad equalized.
