Coach Igor Stimac announced the full squad details of Indian Team against Kuwiat in FIFA World Cup 2026(North America) and Asian cup 2027(Saudi Arabia) qualifier match on 6th June, at Saltlake. In November, India secured a 1-0 victory over Kuwait at the Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium in Kuwait City, with the winning goal scored by Manvir Singh.

Where, Sandesh Jhingan and Lalengmawia Ralte were in starting 11. However, Rahim Ali and Subhasish Bose (only two representatives of bengal) were not included in first team.
