Rabi yet to find his way to the ISL net

Mohammedan SC is set to face off Chennaiyin FC on 15th January, after their victory against Bengaluru FC.

The Mohammedan SC coach, Andrey Chernyshov, conducted a pre-match press conference before their match against Chennaiyin FC. The match is set to happen in Kishor Bharati Krirangan.

In the press conference, the coach shed light on the appointment of Rabi Hansda, the Santosh Trophy hero. While Hansda was signed by Mohammadan FC, his appearance registration for ISL is still in query. When asked, the coach stated, “Even if the registration is completed, the new players have to practice. I don't have much information about it, so we might have to wait for the management.

MSC had signed a new Canadian striker, San Hundal for ISL. While talking about his presence in the ISL season, the coach affirmed that, “There are still a few papers to be done. The VISA takes time; the moment we are clear on that, he will come, and we can move forward with him.”

Shedding light on the previous game he stated, “the players are confident now, they are regaining their confidence by defeating one of the top most team. However, we have to forget about the past because Chennaiyin FC is equally powerful and has a strong attacking base. Mostly they have their own style.”

“The players are practicing well enough to give them a tough fight, but the opposition is in good condition. The players are very fast, but we are equally strong.”
