Cristiano Ronaldo’s move to the Al-Nasser was a big deal in January. He was tied with the club till 2025. Latest reports suggest Ronaldo’s future with Al-Nasser is uncertain. The striker is planning to exit from the Saudi Pro League team. 
He is hoping to return to Madrid, the city where he met with his girlfriend Georgina. But his attempt to return to Real will probably be rejected. Real President Florentino Perez is said to be against the return of the legendary Portuguese as he is 38 years and he may not be beneficial to the club. Real is about to offer Ronaldo an ambassadorial role for the club when he hangs up his boot which the Portuguese super start did not like.  
This could bring an opportunity for Newcastle to sign Ronaldo ahead of their European campaign next year. Newcastle is now in the third position nine points ahead of Liverpool with both teams having five games left. Newcastle earlier attempted to recruit Ronaldo when he made his exit from Manchester United prior to Qatar World Cup. 
Betfair spokesperson Sam Rosbottom said, “Real Madrid is 11/8 favourite in resigning Cristiano Ronaldo while Newcastle in the second position are 9/4 and boyhood club Sporting Lisbon are 6/1. As he left Man United in controversial circumstances his chances of return to Old Trafford is 22/1.”
