Sanju Samson checks Virat Kohli's heartbeat during the RR-RCB match, Fans look concerned

With 108 half-centuries, Warner leads the T-20 format in most fifties, while Kohli comes in second with 100 in 401 games.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) defeated Rajasthan Royals (RR) in their IPL 2025 match at Jaipur thanks to an unbeaten 62 from Virat Kohli. With 2.3 overs remaining, Virat helped RCB cross the finish line after taking his time to settle in.

As Kohli hit fifty, though, there seemed to be a moment of concern. When on 54, Sanju Samson, the wicketkeeper and captain of RR, checked his heartbeat at Kohli's request. Kohli hit a huge six over long-on to reach his fifty off 39 balls.

On the very next ball, though, he and Devdutt Padikkal scampered a two. The 36-year-old may have sensed something was wrong since he asked Samson to check his heartbeat. After feeling his chest once again, Kohli seemed reassured by Samson, and continued after a while.

However, the prolific Kohli tied Australia's David Warner with his third half-ton of the season and his 66th in the T20 tournament. With 108 half-centuries, Warner leads the T-20 format in most fifties, while Kohli comes in second with 100 in 401 games. Babar Azam of Pakistan comes in third with 90.
