Mikel Oyarzabal ‘s last minutes brilliant goal helped Spain to clinch their Euro cup 2024 at Berlin. After a lengthy wait La Roja had tasted another Euro cup victory. The three Lions brigade fought very hard, but they failed to defend formidable Spanish attack. Spain beat England by 2-1 goal and won the Euro cup for the Fourth times. Spain became the first European nation to win seven matches at a major international tournament. 

Gareth Southgate made only one change against Spain on this day. On the other hand Spain was in an aggressive mood from the first half of the match. Yamal and Williamson were started their attacking football from the first minute of the match. However Jordon Pickford and British defence denied them. Even harry kane, Bellingham also created some chances for England, but failed to convert into a positive one. First half was Goal less.

In the second half within two minutes William did not make any mistake and gave Spain their first lead with his brilliance. After a conceded an early goal in second half, England was more desperate to come back.  Gareth Southgate’s side came back with a outstanding goal from Cole Palmer. But that was not enough for them to hold Spain. The Spanish brigade increased their huge pressure and broke the dead lock. Mikel Oyarzabal’s strike helped Spain to clinch another Major title. Spain became the first team to win four Euro title.
