A brilliant effort by Surya Kumar Yadav helped Mumbai to smash RCB by six wickets at the Wankhede Stadium. The 360-degree player hammered 83 runs in 35 balls. He pulled the ball at every corner of the stadium. Nehal Wadhera also completed his unbeaten fifty while Ishan Kishan posted 42 runs. MI completed 200 run-chase in 16.3 overs. 

Earlier MI skipper Rohit Sharma opted to bowl first winning the toss. Maxwell (68) and Faf du Plessis (65) steered the RCB innings. The pair added 120 runs for the third wicket after an initial disaster of 16/2 in 2.2 overs. Kohli falls to Jason Behrendorff for one. MI bowlers had a good spell to restrict at 199/6. Behrendorff was the most successful bowler for MI claiming three wickets.
