The only IPL cricketer from Aligarh desires to represent country in T-20 World Cup

Rinku said that he is ready to step up his game and is ready to give his 100 per cent in any format.

Rinku Singh has expressed his desire to play in the T20 World Cup 2024. Rinku, who has had a sensational start to his India career in the T20I format said that it would be a dream come true moment for him if he gets called up for the World Cup, set to be played in June 2024. 

Rinku said that he is ready to step up his game and is ready to give his 100 per cent in any format. 

Speaking to Times of India he stated, "Yes. I am ready. I don't think much about the future. If I get the chance, I will surely grab it and do well. Be it any format or anywhere in the world, if I get the chance I will give my hundred percent." 

Rinku said that he is the only cricketer to play in the Indian Premier League and India from Aligarh and it would make him proud if he gets to play in the World Cup as well.

He added, β€œIt will be a big thing for me. I am the only male cricketer from Aligarh to play in IPL and India as well. This is a huge thing for me. Every cricketer's dream is to play for India and represent the country in the World Cup.” 

β€œI am also living this dream. I don't know how I will react when I see my name in the World Cup squad. But I will wait for that day. I am really working hard towards that goal.”
