It was a must-win match for United Sports to save them from relegation in the ongoing Second Division I league. Still, United Sports failed to ensure the full three points against Maharashtra Oranje FC, splitting points at the Kalyani Stadium on Saturday.
With 12 points from 13 matches so far, United Sports have to look at the results of Sunday’s crucial match between Kenkre FC and SC Bengaluru and Dempo versus Sporting Clube Goa, and at the same time the team has to ensure a win in their last match against Sporting Club Goa on 27th April in Goa.
