Shyambazar United boys are now preparing for the under-17 I-league this season. According to the AIFF, it might take place in November.
United Sports Club’s effort to establish another promising coach saw the lights on Friday. This Bengali coach’s career can also prosper in future.
He is Dibyendu Roy, only 26 years old, but already started acquiring a coaching degree with E-license.
This season was his maiden appearance in the CFL as a coach an under his guidance Shyambazar United, by the name United SC under-17 boys represent, clinched the Third Division league title on Friday to advance to the Fourth Division. They won five matches out of the eight in the Third Division group league stage and won the title by winning one out of two championship round matches.

If you ask about his practical coaching experience, Dibyendu worked as a coach at his village coaching center named Veterans Club. Dibyendu is a resident of Payradanga in the Nadia district. The senior coaches who are working with different teams and projects run by United SC hardly expected Shyambazar United would become victorious.
The Third Division League matches this season were mainly held on the grounds in Maidan, at High Court, Taltala, Rajasthan, and BG Press grounds. Except for the High Court grounds condition of the other grounds was so horrible that resulted in hamstring injuries, and muscle pool often to the footballers during their journey to the title.
Dibyendu while talking over the phone, sounded happy, but not due to the title mainly. Rather he had an interesting explanation, "I had only motive to transpire the belief among the footballers that they have to exhibit ‘quality football’. Our head coach Steve Herbots has also the same philosophy. I also believe playing ‘quality football’ consistently will ultimately give the result which happened in the league.”
Dibyendu expressed thankfulness to head scout, Debashis Das for having spotted the promising boys and then United SC director Nabab Bhattacharya commenting, "Nabab Bhattacharya has been doing the youth development silently. His research work, exploring potential youngsters, nurturing the boys through food, lodging, caring for medical treatment, and finally creating opportunity for the boys to participate in the competitive matches is unique in one word."
