United Sports lost to Diamond Harbor FC in their crucial CFL Premier Division match at Bidhannagar Municipality ground on Sunday. Shiaborlang struck the winner in the injury time. Surprisingly, despite showing six-minute additional time, referee Pratik Mondol played the match for four minutes more. 

Several surprising decisions took place on the field. United Sports were brought to 10 men after their by showing red-card to their central defender in the 40th minute. Then the referee offered imprisonments against United Sports several times without any justified reasons. The team with seven points after their sixth match on the day seems gradually losing chances of reaching Super Six this season. 

In other CFL matches on the day, Army Red defeated Kalighat MS 1-0, Southern Samity drubbed Tollygunge Agragami 3-1 and Bhawanipore edged past Railway FC 2-1. 

Incidentally, Kolkata Corporation presented an advanced life-support ambulance to the IFA for the emergency treatment of the footballers participating in the ongoing CFL premier Division. Mayor Firhad Hakim handed the keys to the IFA secretary Anirban Dutta at the Mohammedan Sporting ground on Sunday.
