Daniela Greluis Larreal Chirinos was a Venezuelan track cyclist. The five-time Olympian's body was found dead in her apartment in Las Vegas, America. Through the initial investigation, the police disclosed the cause of death was food stuck in her throat, because of the presence of solid food found in her esophagus. The medical word for this condition is 'asphyxia'. 

According to the forensic experts, the death happened a long time ago, around 11th August. After retiring from the world of cycling Daniela was working in a restaurant in LA, however, her not catching up with the shifts created suspicion. The hotel staff discovered her frozen body while trying to check up on her. 

The American police are committing further investigation however they are still reluctant to disclose anything.
