Vinesh Phogat the Indian wrestler’s performance in the Paris Olympics 2024 was not promising but surely left a lasting impression in the hearts of Indians. However, how unfortunate was it for Vinesh? 

The Indian wrestler was up against unbeaten wrestler Yui Sasaki. The Japanese wrestler held on to several different titles, significant one being unbeaten since 2010. It seemed like the end game for India but the Phogat won in a dramatic bout. When the Phogat teared up after the game, the whole of India saw the golden dream however it didn't go as planned. However, Vinesh received a golden felicitation from the nation. 

The Economic Times reported that the wrestler's fee for each endorsement surely took a huge leap. Before the Paris Olympics 2024 performance, Vinesh charged 25 Lakhs for each endorsement. However, after the performance, the fees reportedly increased. Now she is charging almost 75 Lakhs to 1 Crore for every single endorsement deal.
