Devastating Virat Kohli guided Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) to humiliate Mumbai Indians and earn a eight-wicket victory at their home at Chinaswamy Stadium. Bengaluru superseded their opposition in all departments. Virat Kohli, exhibiting a magnificent 82 off 49 deliveries, steered his team to the victory. He was perfectly assisted by Faf du Plessis who struck 75 off 43 deliveries. 

Mumbai lost the toss and went to bat first. Virat took 7 wickets and restricted Rohit to just 171 runs. Mumbai lost 3 wickets in the power play and came under pressure.
