The breakthrough came in the 62nd minute when defender Bijay Roy inadvertently scored an own goal, handing Kerala the lead. Their relentless attacks paid off further in the 80th minute, as Moroccan forward Naochaibouh Sadaoui doubled the advantage. French defender Adrien Coeff added the third goal in the 90th minute, capping off a commanding display.
